General

All products must be paid for by credit card or PayPal before they will be shipped.  We also accept personal checks, but you must wait until they clear before your product will be shipped.  If your check is not honored, we will charge you a $15 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee and you must make other financial arrangements to pay for your product before it is shipped.

Saber Cases

In addition to the above general information, the custom engraving aspect is a lot of one-on-one time with each customer.  We regret that we cannot send proofs or any graphics for your review prior to you committing and paying for a saber case.  Unfortunately, a few prospective customers have used up a lot of our graphical design time and then never ordered a case.

Letter Openers
